{ Thursday - June 12th }
Early Cowgirls Arrival - check in the Bunkhouse (Hotel) at 3:00pm. Dinner will be on your own, but plan on attending the “Welcome Partner” reception beginning at 7:00pm followed by Rolling Dice for Bunco (great prizes). Both activities will require RSVP.

{ Friday - June 13th }
Convention Registration-located on the main level from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Yer registration saddlebag will contain much of the information listed here, plus your convention t-shirt, pin, name badge and other goodies. Start kickin' up your heels, come and be humored by Minnie Pearl and get fresh-und up with a little taste of the vine (fake Cham-paayne). Start the weekend activities with a Texas Round-Up of queens, ladies, duchesses, goddesses, divas, princesses, floosies and other such royalty; get acquainted and meet new red hat cowgirls and exchange calling cards. Later in the afternoon catch a “stagecoach” bus to tour the historic sites of Amarillo then top off the evening at the River Breaks Ranch for fun filled excitement & surprizes!

{ Saturday - June 14th }
Start the blazing trail with a “Cowgirl" breakfast at 9:00am, including a special presentation by Amarillo City Mayor. We’re gonna go back in time…remembering Patsy Cline’s hot hits, “Crazy, Sweet Dreams of You” just to mention one or two. Lots of silent auction items on display so bring yer money. Unbelieveable workshops of your choice, if you miss out you’ll be darn sad if you do! Join us for “mid-day vittles” and beware of our local Indians. A full day on the blazing trail can make one mighty thirsty, so stop by the open cash bar before the evening Hoedown Jubilee. If yer not thirsty come on anyway and get a “shoot” by our trailmaster photographer. Get dolled up in all your glitzy finery. While eating a good ‘ole country meal have a good "hee-haw" time with our comedian. Then put your dancing boots on and be ready to dance a jig to the best country/western music around! After “Kickin' Up Your Heels” in Amarillo all day and night you can retire.

{ Sunday - June 15th }
Amarillo by Morning starts with breakfast. You will be inspired by an Amarillo artist while she does a “chalk talk” in beautiful light and colors. Door prizes and raffle drawings will be done before the “blazing trail" ends and then it will be “Happy Trails to you”- until we meet again.
